INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz The Great Gentleman Bitter Lemon Soda
- 1 oz Dillon's Rose Gin
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz whole lemon syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1 slice of dehydrated lemon
- ½ oz dry white vermouth
RECIPE
Combine all ingredients in shaker except for The Great Gentleman Bitter Lemon Soda. Make a first intense dry shake (without ice) to give texture to the cocktail. Make a second shake with large ice cubes for 25 seconds. Double strain the cocktail in a Marie-Antoinette coupe. Top with the Bitter Lemon Soda and garnish with a slice of dehydrated lemon.
OPTIONAL: WHOLE LEMON SYRUP
You can also purchase whole lemon syrup at any specialized cocktail store.
