To make a peach, cantaloupe and peppercorn shrub:
Add to a medium saucepan the sugar, water, white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, red wine vinegar and peppercorn. Cut the peaches and cantaloupe into small pieces. Add the fruits into the saucepan. Bring to a boil and let simmer over medium heat for 30 min. Let cool and let sit in the fridge for 3-5 days. Strain.

Add all the ingredients except the 2 sodas in a shaker. Mix well and pour into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top it with Tonic Water and Spicy Ginger Beer.
