INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz The Great Gentleman Spicy Pineapple Soda
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz fresh orange juice
- ½ oz lillet
- 1 ½ oz tequila
- Tajin
- Thyme bouquet
RECIPE
Prep an old-fashioned glass by rimming the side with Tajin. In a shaker, combine all the ingredients except The Great Gentleman Spicy Pineapple Soda. Add ice and shake. Fine strain the cocktail in your glass filled with ice. Top with the Spicy Pineapple Soda and garnish with a thyme bouquet.
