INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle The Great Gentleman Watermelon & Hibiscus Soda
- 2 oz Barbancourt 8 years (5 stars)
- ¾ oz Punt e Mes
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 2½ oz Coconut Cream
- 2-3 dashes Peychaud Bitters
- Garnish: "Coco Cookie" (dehydrated coconut pulp and coco-nutmeg powder)
- Garnish: Maraschino cherry
RECIPE
Pour all ingredients into a shaker except The Great Gentleman Watermelon & Hibiscus Soda. Shake with crushed ice. 'Dirty pour' into a hollowed out coconut. Add more crushed ice and pour the entire bottle of The Great Gentleman Watermelon & Hibiscus Soda. Garnish with homemade Coco Cookie (coconut pulp dehydrated into cookies, mixed with coco-nutmeg powder) and a Maraschino cherry.
