INGREDIENTS
- 8 ½ oz (1btl) The Great Gentleman Watermelon & Hibiscus
- 1 ½ oz Grey Goose Pear Vodka
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 4 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 6 mint leaves
- 2 pieces of fresh ginger
- 5 cubes of ripe honeydew
RECIPE
Crush some ice in lewis bag with mallet. Muddle honey dew, ginger and mint in tin. Add Grey Goose Pear and freshly pressed lime juice. Shake over ice, double strain into glass over crushed ice. Top with the Watermelon & Hibiscus Soda. Add more crushed ice if needed and Angostura dashes on top. Garnish with honey dew ball on bamboo skewer + mint bouquet. A cocktail by Stéphanie Bobey |
