INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz of The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer
- 2 oz of Bacardi Spiced
- 1 oz of Fresh pressed lime juice
- 1 oz of Homemade Agua De Jamaica Syrup (Spiced hibiscus tea syrup)
- Dehydrated lime wheel
- Dried hibiscus flower
- INGREDIENTS FOR THE AGUA DE JAMAICA SYRUP
- 2L of Water
- 60g of Dried hibiscus flower
- 7g of Cinnamon
- 1g of Cloves
- 190g of Raw sugar
- 1.5L of Simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
- 650mL of Fresh preshed lime juice
RECIPE
Pour all ingredients into a shaker except The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer. Shake with ice. Dirty pour" into chilled Teku glass. Top with The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer and with a dehydrated lime wheel and a dried hibiscus flower.
METHOD TO FOLLOW FOR THE HOMEMADE SYRUP
Boil water, then infuse with dried hibiscus, cinnamon, and cloves for 15 minutes. Strain and add raw sugar, then whisk. Once cooled, add simple syrup and fresh pressed lime juice.
