INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz Appleton Estate 8 Year Old Reserve rum
- ½ oz Plantation OFTD Overproof 69 dark rum
- ½ oz Campari
- The Great Gentleman Spicy Pineapple Soda
- ½ oz lime juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 sprig mint (garnish)
- 1 slice dehydrated grapefruit (garnish)
- Crushed ice
RECIPE
Put crushed ice into the shaker. Pour all ingredients into the shaker except for The Great Gentleman Spicy Pineapple Soda. Shake vigorously.
Put crushed ice in a tiki glass. Pour and strain the mixture into the glass using a strainer and fine strainer. Top up with The Great Gentleman Spicy Pineapple Soda.
