INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz The Great Gentleman Watermelon & Hibiscus
- 2 oz Bacardi 8 Anos Rum
- 4 bar spoons of black cherry preserve
- 1 bar spoon of aged balsamic vinegar
- 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- 1 dash of Bittered Sling Suis Cherry bitters
- 1 whole Luxardo maraschino cherry (optional)
RECIPE
Spoon black cherry preserve into mixing glass and muddle. Add rum, balsamic vinegar, and bitters and stir on ice. Double strain into rocks glass over large clear ice cube. Top with the Watermelon & Hibiscus Soda. Garnish with cherry. A cocktail by Stéphanie Bobey |
