INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Plantation 3 Star White Rhum
- 1 oz Green Chartreuse
- The Great Gentleman Tonic Water
- ¾ oz Lime juice
- ¾ oz Simple syrup
- 10 Mint leaves
- 3 Lime wedges (keep 1 for garnish)
- Crushed ice
RECIPE
Add mint leaves and lime wedges in a highball glass. Using a mortar, crush the mint leaves and lime wedges directly in the glass. Pour all ingredients into the glass except for The Great Gentleman Tonic Water. Add crushed ice. Top off with The Great Gentleman Tonic Water. Add a lime wedge for garnish on the rim of the glass.
