Honey Syrup:
Mix equal parts hot water and honey

Cocktail:
Muddle jalapeno slice in shaker tin. Add Patron Silver Tequila, lime juice, honey syrup, egg white and shake on ice. Strain out ice and dry shake. Double strain into chilled coupette. Top with Watermelon & Hibiscus Soda. Garnish with floating cranberry seeds and jalapeno slice.
