INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz The Great Gentleman Bitter Lemon
- 1 ½ oz Cirka Gin Sauvage
- ¾ oz curry-coco syrup
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 1 arugula leaf
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp yellow curry
- 1 corn on the cob
RECIPE
To make the curry-coco syrup: Cook the corn and take off the kernels. Add the water, sugar and honey to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add 1 cup of coconut milk. Add 1 barspoon of yellow curry. Simmer for 30 minutes. Let it cool and strain. Add all ingredients into shaker, except for the Bitter Lemon. Shake and fine strain into a coupette glass. Top with the Bitter Lemon. Garnish with an arugula leaf.
