INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Noroi Gin
- 3/4 oz Elderflower syrup (Prosyro)
- 3/4 oz Lemon juice
- 2 dashes Rose water
- 2 oz Tonic Water
- 1 Egg white
- Dried rose (garnish)
RECIPE
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, except The Great Gentleman Tonic Water, and shake without ice. Add ice to the shaker, and shake vigorously a second time. Strain into the coupette and top off with The Great Gentleman Tonic Water. Garnish with a dried rose.
