INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Jamerson Irish Whiskey
- The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer
- ¾ oz Lemon juice
- ½ oz Simple syrup
- 8 Peach slices (keep 3-4 for garnish)
- 2 à 3 dashes Cardamom bitters
- 1 ice cube
RECIPE
Add 3-4 peach slices in an old-fashioned glass. Using a mortar, crush the peaches directly in the glass. Pour all ingredients into the glass except for The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Soda. Add the ice cube. Gently stir everything using a bar spoon. Top off with The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Soda. Add 3-4 peach slices on a cocktail skewer and garnish.
