INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ oz The Great Gentleman Watermelon & Hibiscus syrup
  • 2 oz Bacardi White Rum
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • INGREDIENTS FOR THE THE GREAT GENTLEMAN WATERMELON & HIBISCUS SYRUP:
  • 17 oz The Great Gentleman Watermelon and Hibiscus Soda
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup dried hibiscus flowers

RECIPE

Shake White Rum, Watermelon & Hibiscus Syrup, lime juice & Angostura over ice. Double strain into chilled coupette.

THE GREAT GENTLEMAN WATERMELON & HIBISCUS SYRUP: Bring all ingredients to a boil then simmer for 20min. Double strain, label, and store in the fridge for up to 6 weeks.
