- ¾ oz The Great Gentleman Watermelon & Hibiscus syrup
- 2 oz Bacardi White Rum
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- INGREDIENTS FOR THE THE GREAT GENTLEMAN WATERMELON & HIBISCUS SYRUP:
- 17 oz The Great Gentleman Watermelon and Hibiscus Soda
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup dried hibiscus flowers
RECIPE
Shake White Rum, Watermelon & Hibiscus Syrup, lime juice & Angostura over ice. Double strain into chilled coupette. THE GREAT GENTLEMAN WATERMELON & HIBISCUS SYRUP: Bring all ingredients to a boil then simmer for 20min. Double strain, label, and store in the fridge for up to 6 weeks. A cocktail by Stéphanie Bobey |
