- 1½ oz Tanqueray Rangpur
- ½ oz passion fruit liqueur
- 3 oz prosecco
- The Great Gentleman Bitter Lemon Soda
- Passion fruit pulp (to taste)
- 1 half passion fruit (garnish)
- Lemon zest (garnish)
Add the passion fruit pulp and ice to the glass. Pour all ingredients except for The Great Gentleman Bitter Lemon Soda. Gently stir everything using a bar spoon.
Top off with The Great Gentleman Bitter Lemon Soda. Garnish with half of a passion fruit and lemon zest.
