INGREDIENTS
- The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer
- 2oz of Cherry River Spiced Rum
- 0.5oz of organic coconut sugar syrup
- 0.75oz of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 0.5oz of yuzu juice
- 4 dashes of Ms. Better's Bitters Chocolate
- 1 coconut cookie (garnish)
- 1 slice of dehydrated lime (garnish)
- Sugar, nutmeg and shredded coconut mix (garnish)
- Ice / crushed ice
RECIPE
Pour all ingredients into the shaker (except for The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer) and add ice. Shake vigorously. Add ice to the glass. Pour the mixture into the glass using the strainer. Top up with The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer and crushed ice. Garnish with a coconut cookie, a dehydrated lime and the coconut and nutmeg sugar mix.
