INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz The Great Gentleman Spicy Pineapple Soda
- 1 1/2 oz Dewar's 12
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Honey syrup (mix 1/4 oz honey with 1/4 oz water)
- candied Ginger
- lemon zest
RECIPE
In a shaker, combine all the ingredients except The Great Gentleman Spicy Pineapple Soda. Add ice and shake. Fine strain the cocktail into a double rocks glass filled with ice. Top with the Spicy Pineapple Soda and garnish with candied ginger and lemon zest.
