INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz gin Bombay Sapphire
- 1 oz Sombra mezcal
- ½ oz green chartreuse
- The Great Gentleman Tonic Water
- 1/5 oz lime juice
- 1/5 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes of saline solution
- 3 dashes celery bitters
- 1 bunch coriander (garnish)
- Absinthe spray (garnish)
- Ice
RECIPE
Pour all ingredients into the shaker except for The Great Gentleman Tonic Water. Shake vigorously. Add ice to the glass. Pour the mixture. Top up with The Great Gentleman Tonic Water. Garnish with a small bunch of coriander and spray the absinthe spray on the cocktail twice.
