- 1.75 oz The Great Gentleman Spicy Pineapple
- 1 oz Tequila Don Julio Blanco
- 0.5 oz Mezcal
- 0.5 oz Amaro Averna
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
- large ice cube
- dehydrated pineapple slice
RECIPE
Combine all ingredients except The Great Gentleman Spicy Pineapple Soda in a shaker.
Strain into your glass and top with Spicy Pineapple Soda. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple.
