INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz The Great Gentleman Bitter Lemon Soda
  • 1 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 oz Amara Majora
  • 1 oz Fresh pressed Lemon
  • 1 oz Homemade Coconut Cream
  • ½ oz Fresh pressed Orange juice
  • 1 Egg white or Aquafaba
  • Garnish: Orange and Lemon Zest (flakes)
  • INGREDIENTS FOR HOMEDADE COCONUT CREAM
  • 48 oz Coconut pulp
  • 1L Coconut water
  • ½L Sugar

RECIPE

Pour all ingredients into a shaker except The Great Gentleman Bitter Lemon Soda. Dry shake for 30 seconds then shake with ice. Pour 2 oz of The Great Gentleman Bitter Lemon Soda into a Highball. Fine strain ingredients into the same Highball. Let the cocktail sit until the foam separates and thickens on top. (Putting the drink in the fridge will accelerate this step). Top very slowly with The Great Gentleman Bitter Lemon Soda. If done well, the foam should rise up to half an inch above the glass. Garnish with orange and lemon zest.

FOR THE COCONUT CREAM :
Blend all ingredients until the mixture has an oatmeal consistency and fine strain.
