- 1.5 oz Mezcal
- 3/4 oz Cointreau
- 3/4 oz Lime juice
- 1.5 oz Spicy Pineapple Soda
- Jalapeño slices (to taste)
- Pineapple leaves (garnish)
RECIPE
Pour all ingredients into the shaker except The Great Gentleman Spicy Pineapple Soda. Add pieces of jalapeño. Shake vigorously. Pour and filter the mix into the coupette. Top off with The Great Gentleman Spicy Pineapple Soda. Garnish with a slice of jalapeño and pineapple leaves.
