INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz pisco
- 0.5 oz dry curacao
- 0.5 oz sweet vermouth
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- The Great Gentleman Spicy Cola
- The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer
- Mint
- Grapes
- Cucumber
- Ice
RECIPE
Place a few slices of cucumber and two grapes in a shaker and press lightly to release the flavours. Add all liquid ingredients to the shaker, except The Great Gentleman Spicy Cola. Do a short hard shake. Add a few mint leaves and then shake lightly. Add two dashes of Peychaud Bitters to the bottom of a rocks glass. Fine strain over fresh ice. Add 1 oz of The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer. Top with The Great Gentleman Spicy Cola. Garnish with a thin cucumber shaving and mint.
