INGREDIENTS
- The Great Gentleman Light Spicy Ginger Beer
- 1.5oz of tequila
- 0.5oz of Cointreau
- 2 tbsp of orange marmalade
- 0.5oz of yuzu juice
- 1oz of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 slice of lime (garnish)
- Lime salt (garnish)
- Ant salt (garnish)
- Ice / crushed ice
RECIPE
Pour all ingredients into the shaker (except for The Great Gentleman Light Spicy Ginger Beer) and add ice. Shake vigorously. Mix the lime salt and ant salt. Rub a piece of lime on the side of the glass and press it into the mixture so that it sticks. Add ice to the glass. Pour the mixture. Top up with The Great Gentleman Light Spicy Ginger Beer. Garnish with a lime wheel.
