INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Aperitivo Citron
- 1 oz White vermouth
- 1.5 oz Sparkling wine
- 3 dashes Grapefruit Bitter
- 1.5 oz Bitter Lemon Soda
- Dehydrated grapefruit (garnish)
RECIPE
Pour the Aperitivo and the vermouth into the lowball glass. Fill the glass with ice. Top off with The Great Gentleman Bitter Lemon Soda and sparkling wine. Mix gently with a bar spoon. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated grapefruit.
