INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz The Great Gentleman Tonic Water
- 2 oz Cirka Gin Sauvage
- 1 oz juice of Jack Rudy Bourbon cocktail cherries
- ¾ oz Monsieur Cocktail lemon syrup
- 1 lemongrass stalk
- 1 Jack Rudy Bourbon cocktail cherry
- Wood chips
RECIPE
| Pour all the ingredients, except the Tonic Water, in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Double strain the mixture in a rocks glass filled with ice. Add the Tonic Water. Cut the lemongrass stalk in half lengthwise and use as garnish. Add a cherry on a cocktail pick as garnish. Optional: Place the drink under a glass bell and add smoke with a machine smoker. Wait a few seconds before serving. |
