INGREDIENTS
- 5 oz The Great Gentleman Bitter Lemon
- 1 ½ oz gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz pear juice
- ¾ oz lime cordial
- Lemon chip
RECIPE
| In a highball glass, add all the ingredients except for the Bitter Lemon and fill with ice. Stir with a spoon to mix all the ingredients. Add the Bitter Lemon while stirring. Garnish with lemon chip and serve!
