INGREDIENTS
- ½ oz The Great Gentleman Bitter Lemon
- 2 oz Pimm’s No 1
- ¼ oz Monsieur Cocktail's ginger syrup
- 1 strawberry
- 1 slice of cucumber, muddled
- Sparkling water
- Mint
RECIPE
| In a shaker, add all the ingredients except for the Bitter Lemon. Shake well with ice. Top off with Bitter Lemon. Garnish with the mint.
