INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz The Great Gentleman Tonic Water
- 2 oz 3 Lacs Grapefruit & Rosemary Gin (or your favourite Gin)
- ½ oz almond syrup
- ½ oz Mezcal
- ½ oz lime juice
- Grapefruit wedge dipped in black salt
- Rosemary sprigs
RECIPE
Pour all liquid ingredients into a shaker except The Great Gentleman Tonic Water. Shake with ice. Open the shaker and add the Tonic Water directly inside. "Dirty pour" your cocktail into the Collins glass and add fresh ice if necessary. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and rosemary sprigs.
