TYPE OF GLASS
- 3 oz The Great Gentleman Bitter Lemon
- 1 oz Bourbon Bulleit
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 oz rosemary & hibiscus syrup
- rosemary leaves
- 1 egg white
Combine all ingredients in a shaker except for The Great Gentleman Bitter Lemon Soda.
Make a first dry shake (without ice) to give the cocktail texture.
Make a second shake with ice.
Double-strain the cocktail into a coupette and top off with The Great Gentleman Bitter Lemon Soda. Garnish with rosemary leaves.
