INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer
- 2 oz Patron Silver Tequila
- 1 oz lime juice
- ½ oz honey syrup
- 8 mint leaves
- 5 slices of cucumber
- 1 celery curl
- Black pepper
RECIPE
| Muddle cucumber and mint in a shaker with Patrón Silver, lime juice & honey. Add 1 oz of Spicy Ginger Beer and ice. Cover and shake. Strain over fresh ice and top with 2 oz of Spicy Ginger Beer. Lightly stir, garnish with celery curl and fresh ground pepper. |
