INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz The Great Gentleman Bitter Lemon
- 2 oz Distillerie Noroi Esprit-de-London (Gin flavoured spirit)
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- egg white
- lemon twist
- sprig of mint
RECIPE
Using a jigger, pour Distillerie Noroi's Esprit-de-London Gin flavoured spirit, lemon juice, syrup and egg white in a shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds until cold. Strain the drink into a coupe and top with The Great Gentleman Bitter Lemon Soda. Garnish with a lemon twist and mint leaf. Serve immediately and enjoy!
