INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz The Great Gentleman Spicy Pineapple
- 1 ½ oz Patron Reposado Tequila
- ¾ oz Martini Fiero
- 1 oz passion fruit juice
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz Agave syrup
- 8 mint leaves
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
RECIPE
| Muddle ALL ingredients in a shaker tin - except Spicy Pineapple Soda. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain and shake again without ice. Fine strain cocktail into a highball glass and top with Spicy Pineapple Soda. |
