INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer
- 2 oz El Dorado 5YO Rum
- ½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ oz maple syrup
- 3 slices of lime
- 1 wedge of orange
RECIPE
| In a highball glass filled with ice cubes, add the lime slices and orange wedge. Add the Spicy Ginger Beer, El Dorado 5YO Rum, lime juice and stir using a bar spoon. Garnish with a slice of orange or lime and drizzle with maple syrup A cocktail by Yan Aubé |
