INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 oz The Great Gentleman Spicy Pineapple
- 1 ½ oz Jamaican rum
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz coconut syrup
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 1 egg white
- Pineapple chip
- Pineapple leaf
RECIPE
| In a shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients except for the Spicy Pineapple and mix well. Strain in a highball glass filled with ice and add the Spicy Pineapple. Garnish with a pineapple chip and leaf.
