INGREDIENTS
- 2.5 oz of The Great Gentleman Spicy Pineapple Soda
- 1.5 oz of Patron Silver
- 0.5 oz of St-Germain
- 1 oz of Fresh pressed lime juice
- 0.25 oz of Simple syrup
- 4 Slices of cucumber
- 3 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
- Cucumber rose & fresh lime wheel
RECIPE
Pour all wet ingredients into a shaker except The Great Gentleman Spicy Pineapple Soda and Peychaud's bitters. Add your slices of cucumbers to the shaker and muddle directly inside. Shake all ingredients and fine strain into a Lambic beer glass. Top with The Great Gentleman Spicy Pineapple, crushed iced, and Peychaud's bitters. Garnish with a cucumber rose and a fresh lime wheel.
