INGREDIENTS
- 4-5 oz The Great Gentleman Spicy Pineapple
- 1 oz gin
- ½ oz St-Germain
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ½ oz lime cordial
- 1 mint sprig
- Lime chip
RECIPE
| Add all the ingredients except for the Spicy Pineapple in a highball glass and fill with ice. Stir with a spoon to mix all the ingredients. Add the Spicy Pineapple while stirring. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime chip.
