INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz The Great Gentleman Watermelon & Hibiscus
- 1 ½ oz Patron Reposado Tequila
- ½ oz Martini Fiero
- 4-5 seedless watermelon chunks
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz Agave syrup
- 1 egg white / or 1 oz Aqua Fabba (chick pea water) vegan
RECIPE
| Muddle all ingredients in a shaker tin. Cover and shake without ice (dry). Add ice and shake again vigorously. Fine strain cocktail into a coupette and top with Watermelon & Hibiscus Soda. Garnish with a slice of fresh watermelon. |
