- The Great Gentleman Light Spicy Ginger Beer
- 2 oz of Boulard Grand Solage
- 2oz of fresh apple cider
- 0.75 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 dashes of clove bitters
- 1-2 slices of apple (garnish)
- 2-3 cloves (garnish)
- Powdered cinnamon (garnish)
- Ice
RECIPE
Pour all ingredients into the shaker except for The Great Gentleman Light Spicy Ginger Beer. Shake vigorously. Pour the mixture into the jar using the strainer. Top up with The Great Gentleman Light Spicy Ginger Beer. Garnish with apple slices, cloves and cinnamon powder.
