INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 oz The Great Gentleman Bitter Lemon
- 1 ½ oz Pisco
- 1 oz lime juice
- ¾ oz lime cordial
- 1 oz egg white
- 2 drops orange blossom water
- Lime zest
RECIPE
| In a shaker filled with ice, stir well all the ingredients except for the Bitter Lemon. It is important to stir until you get a nice thick froth. Filter in a highball glass filled with ice and add the Bitter Lemon. Grate lime zest onto the froth and add a reusable straw; if it stays upright, your froth is perfect!
