- The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer
- 1.5 oz of gin
- 0.5 oz of St-Germain
- 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp of lavender jelly
- 1 sprig of dried lavender (garnish)
- 1 lemon zest (garnish)
- Ice
RECIPE
Pour all ingredients into the shaker (except for The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer) and add ice. Shake vigorously. Pour the mixture into the glass using the fine strainer. Top off with The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Beer. Garnish with a lemon zest and dried lavender.
